About Good Enough Nutrition
Some Basic Beliefs
Healthcare should be easily accessible
Good Enough Nutrition is powered by Berry Street. When you book a virtual appointment, Berry Street will contact your insurance company to inquire about your coverage for nutrition visits. Most clients with commercial insurance plans pay $0 out-of-pocket costs.
We all need to eat
But what about when we have health challenges? Or when we see a news article or social media trend getting lots of attention? Having a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist to help weed through the science, misinformation, and risks/benefits can make daily eating feel a little easier.
Food is pleasure
Eating is one of life’s greatest pleasures. Sustaining this relationship to food and our bodies is important as we navigate our health challenges and unique needs. Find that sweet spot of enjoying food and caring for our bodies is what we can explore together.
About Mallory
Mallory Griffiths, MS, RDN, LDN (she/her) has always had a deep curiosity about the human body and how it works, which led her into the field of nutrition. With 2 decades of experience in hospitals, healthcare, and a Master’s degree in Integrative Nutrition, she blends her strong foundation in conventional medicine with personalized lifestyle approaches to provide evidence-based care. Transitioning to outpatient care has allowed Mallory to build deeper, more meaningful connections with her clients, tailoring recommendations to their unique needs and goals.
Living with celiac disease and endometriosis, Mallory is passionate about empowering others with chronic conditions to live fulfilling, healthy lives. Her expertise and interests include medical nutrition therapy for conditions like postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), dysautonomia, mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS), celiac disease, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and food allergies and intolerances. She recently earned a certificate from FARE (Food Allergy Research & Education) in Pediatric Food Allergy for IgE and non-IgE-Mediated Food Allergies as well as a certificate of training from AND (Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics) in Celiac Disease and Gluten-Related Disorders.
Mallory’s philosophy centers on helping clients expand their diets as much as possible, aiming for the least amount of restriction necessary while still honoring medical needs and personal comfort. She embraces a “Health at Every Size” (HAES) approach, focusing on sustainable, health-promoting behavior changes that go beyond weight loss. She encourages curiosity and critical thinking, helping clients navigate the overwhelming amount of health information and misinformation. She believes every health decision comes with risks and benefits, and her goal is to equip clients to make informed choices that align with both well-being and quality of life.
Committed to safety, integrity, ethics, continued education, and evidence-based care, Mallory believes every body deserves respect, access to inclusive healthcare, and a peaceful relationship with food and self.
For fun, Mallory loves volunteering with her local nature conservancy, hiking, snuggling with her elderly pup and new kitten, going on adventures with her husband, learning how to bake gluten-free goodies, practicing yoga, and reading scary novels before bed (why?!).
